Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not be used, must have attached labels, and be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, you may send the return or purchase a return shipment from us; we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

According to Art. 34 sec. 2 of the Consumer Rights Act, we inform you that the transport costs for the returned goods are borne by the buyer. The buyer is obliged to pay the courier cost, packaging, or bear the costs of personally delivering the product to the company’s headquarters.


Please remember that we do not accept any shipments sent to the Shop cash on delivery or to parcel lockers, personal pickup points, or other branches and offices of the Polish Post.
We accept hosiery items for return only if they have factory defects.

Damages and issues
You should check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has defects, is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.


Exceptions / non-returnable goods
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as items supplied as special orders or personalized), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or doubts about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return is accepted.


14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not be used, must have attached labels, and be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.


Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and check your return and inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If the refund is accepted, it will be made automatically via the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that the bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and complete the refund.

COMPLAINT



In case of a complaint about the received goods, the product must be sent back to the address:

We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery or via parcel lockers. 
Each complained product should be clean, properly packed, and secured. In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with the same but fully functional product, and if this is not possible, Bagatelle will refund all costs incurred by the Customer.  
Bagatelle will respond to the request promptly, but no later than within 14 days. Complaints are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23.04.1964 Civil Code.
